Hi David. If all you want to do is to cnc cut your ribs, then Vigilant1 is right on the money. CNC can quickly become a very engaging hobby in its own right. And if you are working from plans (as you are) then it's a single visit to the Makerspace.
Question 1: who put the rib profiles into CAD for you?
Question 2: what material did you use for the ribs?

I really like the Momus CNC. I bought the plans, started the project, moved 3 times, and had to ditch the parts before I could finish but it's a nice rigid machine for low cost if you want to build one. Plans are cheap too.

RTFM, Fritz shared the CNC files with the Volksplane Group and I used 1/4 inch Mahogany AC/Marine plywood from Boulter Plywood in Mass. Not a CNC issue but they also had the Sitka Spruce in 20' lengths.
