We can take your designs/plans and make the parts you need to build your airplane. We can turn a scratch build into a kit build by manufacturing the components for you. We have the same type of machines that Van's Aircraft uses to make their kit components. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to:
CNC punching of aluminum skins, ribs, etc.
CNC milling of forming blocks, brackets, etc.
Composite mold/tool machining
All sorts of CAD design services
Prices are reasonable, we have a steady business that doesn't include homebuilt aircraft, this is more or less a hobby to keep my job interesting.
