I bought some Chemseal B2 CS3204 from Aircraft Spruce and used it to seal a fuel tank last night. The solvent for cleaning it up is methylene chloride, which was banned from consumer sale last year. Since I have a chemistry lab at work, this was no big deal for me to acquire, but you might want to find the solvent before buying the sealant. Other solvents may work (MEK would be my first guess), but I have not tried any of them myself.

I'm letting it cure for a week before testing the tank, so I don't have a review. Went on easy, reviews on Aircraft Spruce are good, and it is way cheaper than Proseal.
