I was watching Flight Radar this morning - just to see how much traffic is going into Airventure - when I noticed an odd flight pattern. There is a Cessna 310 that took off outside of Chicago, flew 8 passes over Wisconsin Dells, and is currently flying passes over Oshkosh at 16k'.

Any ideas what is going on? Mapping? Searching? Seems odd.
