But increasing stiffness of structural parts of airframe will ad the weight...
I'm most worry about heat distortion temperature level - how low it's will get without heat treatment...
Not sure if it'll work; but what about adding carbon nanoparticles added to the resin matrix? Kind of a middle ground solution but if it works for you... It looks like they're looking at combining with others to get more flame/heat resistance now. Might be worth a discussion.
