Hello All,

So a general question to all of you more knowledgeable than I.....

I would really like to build a preceptor Ultra Pup, but plans are no longer available and I cannot locate an unused set. However I can find the entire plans online. Is it legal for me to build from a scanned set or do I need to find an unused original set? I am serious about this build, it would be my second scratch build. I am about 1/2 way through a Thatcher CX4 scratch build.

Thanks,
Falcon Driver
