Interesting idea, anyway. Sort of like a high wing version of the Aerosport Rail, except it was twin engine.

Looks easier to build than the Affordaplane.

I wonder what size tube they used for the fuselage?

The Ritz had a catastrophic structural problem if I remember correctly. Make sure to check into that before you pursue a Ritz. It may be easily fixable, it may not be, but I do remember hearing it is there in the original design.

I believe it was fixed before plans made available, or at least fixed at some point.

Same thing available as a plan from nieuports.com called Beamer I but as a pusher. The fuselage made from window profile sections.The plans are listed for 39 $.
Another ultralight fitting the description but with a second wing,Hovey Delta bird.
