Anybody recognize this prop hub?

Dose anyone recognize this hub? I think it's a HAPI but not sure.

What I really need to know is what to torque the hub bolt to.

It's a VW hub, but then you probably knew that. :gig:

What brand is kind of irrelevant. I'd use the recommended torque found on the Great plains site for their similar hub.
