Any specifics on where they should go on the plane (besides 'somewhere behind the cockpit')?

Do you need 1 antenna per radio (2 com and 2 nav) or can you get one single antenna that will do 'all of that'?

Do any of them have to be aligned or placed in 'special' spots?
