An error in the article's first sentence:
For the first time, an independent company has built a supersonic jet...

Remember Jim Bede? He was much more accomplished that the guy in the Bloomberg article yet he couldn't succeed at it: Bede BD-10 - Wikipedia

It will be interesting too see how it works out. Note the size of the thing.
