Need some help here.

I need to have fabricated an oil tank to hold somewhere between 3/4 and 1 gallon of oil for an oil injection pump on a Rotax 503.
Because of the aircraft design ( I can go into that if anyone's interested - might even get a better idea of how to do this !! ) the off-the-shelf units are not usable.
Tank must be very flat and probably tapered from thin at the front to thicker at the back.
Rough dimensions are 10"X10"X2 1/2 ".
Will also have to have a filler neck cap.
So question is -
How thick should the aluminum be and what 'type'.

Thanks in Advance.
