Aluminum extruding seems to be getting more reasonable all the time (minus this COVID supply chain issues).
Has anyone considered an aluminum extrusion designed to serve as a web blind riveted between two aluminum tubes?

Update: An extrusion is out. Aluminum sheet with bent edges will be riveted to the front and rear of the tubes. This is a simple design proven on several airplanes.
