That's Camber Ratio, George; the height of the maximum point on the camber line with respect to the chord line, expressed as a percentage of the length of the chord line. The Min CR refers to how nearly "uncambered" or how "nearly symmetrical" of an airfoil can be used at the given point of interest on the propeller blade, or for the entire blade, as the case may be.....now if I could understand what Min CR means in Jan's program, I might find that interesting as well.
