Hi all,

I'm looking to query the group wisdom about an airfoil selection, here are the parameters:

Re range: 1.4e6 climb to 2.4e6 cruise
Climb Cl is approximately .83
Cruise Cl is approximately .32
Metal wing limits laminar flow on both surfaces to about .25 c
Target thickness 15%
High Clmax not required (low wing loading and reasonable flaps)

I've looked at the 23015, 2415, 4415, 30U-A215, 30U-A315, 37U-A215.

At these Reynolds numbers, the 2415 and 23015 seem to be the best performers (even when trim drag is taken into account). Any suggestions for other airfoils to evaluate? My "airfoil vocabulary" is a bit limited I'm afraid.

Thanks for the help,
David
