Hi Guys;

Where might I buy a 4 bladed prop for a Titan-like Mustang replica? Although a little smaller proportionately than the P-51, it would still be around 80 inches diameter.

I'd consider any materials, wood, metal, composite, and if anyone has an opinion about each material, feel free to share it.

This would either be mounted on a Rotax 912 or a Suzuki V6 conversion (although I still have little faith in the ruggedness of the PSRU's that exist in today's market).

I'd probably start with fixed pitch, or perhaps ground adjustable, but electric adjustable, or hydraulic constant speed would also interest me.

On that note, I'm assuming that the assembly of blades and hub would be typically cheaper/lighter/simpler with a fixed or ground adjustable prop, versus an in-flight adjustable?

So add any related useful info if you wish, and please let me know of any favourite sources for props of this nature.

Thank you, Tom.
