So... They're working more like a SLS laying down a tray of processed sawdust in layers and adding adhesive to areas you want to not go away?

... I mean there's good things being done with 3d printing but - this one doesn't seem like a win to me. Besides using "waste" - that we actually have strong market competition for with paper products, and heating and various pulp processes... I'm not clear on the point.
