In another photo the prop is shown with very little pitch. Hard to believe this will absorb 120 hp. Are they spinning this up above 3200 rpm?

No Idea on RPMs being used during testing. On my Sonex I have a short 54X58 Sensenich but it has a wide blade area. I generally cruise at ~2900 but I can get 3250 or slightly higher at WOT on climb-out.

Personally I would want a wooden prop on the Rebel as I love the look of wood on the nose, but that's just me. Perhaps the ground adjustable warp drive is being used to figure out what prop length/pitch/blade area needs to be used with this combo of engine & airframe ...
