Maybe this is old news, but I just read an article that stated the NTSB is considering grounding the Zodia Ch601 a/c? If not new what was the outcome?

I always thought the Zodiac was a safe kit plane, at least from all that I've read of it. Or is this another Corvair type of witch hunt?
