how can i make some ribs that attach on both ends to aluminum tube. the ecgoat has a good example of the end result. the ribs will replace formed aluminum tubes on the EMG 6.

I guess what im looking for is a idea from exp composite guys.

is there anybody willing to give me a hint, i have an idea, but just want another set of eyes please
