Grounding & electrical layouts pics please

Ok, I've done the searches and have not found the answer... So please dont crucify me if the answer is actually here.... somewhere, it could be I used the wrong terms.

Here we go: What is the best way to arrange my grounds in a composite airframe? We're wiring this week. My concerns.
Ground loop (separate connections from the motor mount, avionics isolated to it's own ground bus?)
If a ground plane (or is that only for antenna) how big? Where? And how does it need to be tied into the battery in order to avoid loop?

There is alot to this question I know, if this has already been tackled in this forum pleas forgive me and post a link. If there is a book or a video please advise.
Guy
