Hi Marc,
Before flight, what if anything should be done with the aircraft records and documents with regard to major changes for EA-B?
(assuming this is EA-B, seems unlikely to be Ultralight)
I do not assume the original designer completed a full envelope FAR23 flight test. But it doesn't matter because this aircraft has a heavier engine/ prop than original.
