Say you gotta drill a couple of 1/2in holes in your spar. The 2 bolts are the only attachment to the airframe. The spar is 21/2in thick and 6in high. I want the bolts to be occasionally removable.
Should I drill it out larger and epoxy a 4130 tube in? Or maybe aluminum?
