Has anyone seen a direct-drive prop mount for a small industrial V-twin engine (B&S, Kohler, Subaru Robin, etc.) that incorporates a torsional damper of some kind and perhaps a bell housing (cast or just built up of plate and angle) to take the prop loads? While I realize that would add to the cost over a prop hub mounted directly on the shaft, it seems like it would promote engine longevity and make it easier to cowl cleanly. Cheers, Matthew
