It is really a big loss for our comunity, but thankfull his work here will stay as long forum will be alive.

Thank you Bill,

P.S.: Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think, this beautiful twin engine plane is Orion`s design?

If so, please, can anyone help me to find all renderings of this plane, as I would like to honor Orion` s design, with an RC model of this beautiful plane. (I need side and top view..) I know, I saw more renderings on our Forum, but cant find them...

Hi!

I am trying to model twin racer that late orion designed.
I was using two or three renederings published in this forum by Orion, so figuring out proper proportions is pretty hard task.
So, if anyone can point me to a 3view drawing of this sleek racer, Il be glad to build RC model.

I see, (compare pictures below) that wings should be more tapered, vertical tail smaller, engine nacelles slightly modified, cokpit canopy slightly changed, wing placed a bit higher on the fuselage, wing tips changed...
I can do that modifications step by step, getting closer and closer, but this will took some time and finding 3view drawing will save me a lot of steps...

So far I am not even close to Orion`s shape:

My aproximation

Orion` original

I know, this model will be awesome!
