Just thinking...

If you had a plane that, when empty, had its CG at the pilots seat, then it would not matter what weight the pilot was (within the MTOW limit, I mean), would it? The CG would always be in the same place.

I am assuming that the fuel tank is such that it would not shift the CG as the fuel is burned.

Now, if you had a similar plane with two side by side seats, then the CG would always be in the same place with or without a passenger.

Am I right in this?

I have seen some ultralight designs that look like they might fit this criteria, but are there any two seat LSA size designs?
