    Firewall security

    I saw an article on one of the kit builder sites which showed a secure way of passing wiring looms through the firewall. this was a combination of a fire-resistant grommet and several metal plates. Anyone recall this and if so can you point me in the right direction. Thanks

    Use of PVC covered wires

    What are the rules regarding the use of PVC covered wiring in the engine area forward of the fire wall in the building of experimental aircraft. I clearly understand that PVC can not be used in the cockpit.
