    No, if the lake or river does not have restrictions for seaplanes, you can land on it. Thats why I went with a SeaRey. More places to land and explore. There nothing like pulling up to a lakeside restaurant in a SeaRey after a low flyby pass. Its the highlight of the people eating there.:ban:
