    Adding Floats?

Wow this is great feedback, but I was also wondering if I could just fabricate the entier float not just buy a kit, and what would this require. Also this is only an 1100R so it is smaller than the one in that pic.

    Adding Floats?

So i have decided to build a 1100R Mini-Max aircraft and I was wondering if it would be possible to add floats to it because i live next to a large slow river. Now i know that you can't just whip up some floats and stick them on and call it good, but how would i go about doing this modification.

    Wooden ultralight?

wait yes it does need to be ultralight, but the wing warping IS optional. especially with the whole strength of the pilot issue.

I've been looking at this form for a while now but i cant find any old types of airplanes, you know the ones that used wing warping. I have seen pictures of one that was in an old Popular Mechanics magazine but can't find plans, any suggestions?
