    When i built the fuselage of the PIK i used a straight back like the boat builders use. and backed up with a cross laser from Lidl. i was 1 mm out over 5 meters. I couldnt argue at that. The same with the spar.

    Andre, the leg space wouldnt be the problem but for someone who is 1.8 -1.90 in height, the weight would be the problem.

    The blown canapy would be possibly better, Kai (the designer) no longer dabbles with his pencils and has hung up his designer boots. It would be up to the builder to increase the height of the canopy for himself.

    Hi Erkki, I lived in Sargans at the time. I have now moved to France for various reasons. My Sytky now has a more permanent home in its own workshop.I will be reuming construction as soon as possible and will report on this forum or on the Facebook page i have made for it.

    I watched the L39 copy fly on a few occasions from Ceske Budejovice airfield in 2017 where it is hangered and i must say it wasnt impressive. Very lacking in power, had massive overheating problems and as i heard also had 2 maydays (7700) under its belt. So all in all i wil stick to the EV97.
