    Yes. Induce drag is proportional to 1/b^2 for a certain weight, IAS and Oswald efficiency factor. I suppose Darrol Stinton's statement in his book is about for a certain wing surface area, so larger AR means larger span.

    This is apparently true for fixed wing. But for helicopter, intuitively I would guess the tip vortex is related to the rotating speed of the rotors rather than the cruising speed of the helicopter.

    Usually conventional RC with forward propeller tilt down its propeller by 2-4 degrees. In my idea, maybe my drawing is too much exaggerating, I'd like to tilt up the propeller by 2-4 degrees as well. So the configuration doesn't look change that much.

    I think it depends on the downstream influence of the propeller as well. So you don't see a problem of that special 'tilting up' compared with the conventional 'tilting down'?
