    Wiring information on Rotax 503

    Strength of material question.

    I apologize about the vague title but not real sure how to ask this question. As an example, using a thread having a breaking strength of say 100 pounds and you wrap a single strand in repeatable loops would the resulting loops breaking strength be linear with each additional loop? Thanks Ken

    Year almost gone

    Control cable stretch specifications.

    I had it and thought it was saved but can no longer find it. Any one know what % of the minimum breaking strength cable is stretched at to be called Pre-Stretched? It's not the mil-spec 60% and 1.5 stretch length limits that I'm after. Thanks Ken If I find I'll post that figure.

    Component Part Number suggestions.

    Having to make several hundred components in my helicopter build and I would like to create a part number system for it, looking for suggestion/ideas that would bring some logic to those numbers rather then just random numbers and letters. Having modeled and machined a number of these components...
