    LIFTING STRUTS

This is a pick-up from the X-66A thread. I would like to hear ideas and discussion on how to make a Lifting Strut (LS) work aerodynamically, and the possible benefits/drawbacks of using struts as a Lifting Surface (Ls). We all understand that any excrescence on an airplane induces drag...

    TWIN prop LSA

I read (or I think I did) about an Electric, Twin prop, LSA certified aircraft (no, not the Aeroprakt A-36) some time ago. Does anyone know of this aircraft? My question goes to twin engine as against twin prop. My understanding is that twin-engines for LSA are out (of-course), but twin-props...

    Flexible Drive Cables

Can anyone tell me why I can't use a flexible-drive-cable to supply pwr to a point offset to my primary drv line (engine to prop). When I check the basic data from the manf's it says yes, but I'm sure it can't be as simple as that.

    Roadable aircrafr

G'day everyone, I'm looking for a drive train for my project. I need 100hp at cruise, front wheel drive and obviously light weight and a CV tans. Most of the Suzuki range can be modified to fit the packaging, but I'm not aware that any of them are CVT. Cost is a secondary consideration.
