    Tony Your numbers sound funny to me- my VW engine uses the numbers (from the book) of .004" for both intake and exhaust (stock engine) but I set them to .006" (noisy but safe). Are your measurements in metric? BillM

    Precovered only with the .156" foam. Next step is to cover the entire wing with the Monocoat (final and top covering) Bill -I will check with the local Office Depot, etc to see what they say-

    I pulled out the plans for the Birdman TL-1 today and realized that there are about 30 sheets (D-sized) of the plans and I don't have access to a print scanner. The D-size sheets are about 2 foot by 3 foot each. Does anyone have access to a scanner? Maybe i could mail them out to get scanned...
