    Can you still get Glidden Gripper? The replacement from PPG is NOT yhe same. Have had good (non aircraft) results with something called "KILZ Adhesion". Seems similar to the Gripper of old.

    They did here in San Diego! Made the developer take off 1 1/2 stories after building it close to Montgomery Field. They had kept building because local government said they would support it.

    12. Lived on farm in New Mexico, 3 miles from ex-US ARMY field. On Saturdays I would walk across the desert to sweep sand out of the hangars all morning for about 15-20 minutes in a J3. There were three Fairchild trainers abandoned behind the line of hangars. Watched them rot away.

    The Sasquatch Flying Club

    6'5" here with size 12 feet. Got as far as taxiing out with the seller in a nice Sonex (had the check in my shirt pocket). Closed the canopy on us both and freaked out. I was in submarines in the Navy, so claustrophobia not normally a problem. Now own a FlyBaby and am working out cockpit...
