    I downloaded a copy of the polyfiber manual and that looks like a very viable option. I like the UV stability and it looks like it would be tougher then tedlar. I still need to look at the detailed application process to see if its a pain in the a$$ but seems as simple as any other covering...

    "If I were in your position, I would start with a big-bore Rotax borrowed from a SkiDoo or SeaDoo" Thats a good idea I have a seadoo xp rotex727 thats 85hp and was in search of a xp 800 787 that was 110hp and my skidoo 800 summit puts out 163hp. Neither ever gave me reliability issues...
