    The Widget was used on each end of the battens to connect to the spar tubes, then simply truss the upper and lower battens to create an airfoil that remains somewhat consistent. The wing can be covered with your favorite choice of heat shrinkable fabric. I would add another rib to each wing panel.

    I turned down the request to design the 912 engine upgrade, wing spars, strut attach carry-thru and fittings were in question. I would stay with the 582 for the best power to weight.
