50 HP 5 CYLINDER RADIAL WITH PREDATOR HEAD/CYLINDERS

The idea I have is a collaboration to design and share cad/cam files and drawings to build your own 5 cylinder radial engine. My inclination is to use a cylinder from one of the single cylinder engines out there. 10 hp singles or 14 hp times five cylinders might be close to 50 hp. Using the...

    CONTROL WING TRIKE

This was inspired by the Icarus V wing and a trike thrown in the mix. Pitch control with the stick and rudders on the wing tips.

    C2 ULTRALIGHT A FUN SCALE AERONCA C2

I scaled this and changed it quite liberally to get it to part 103 ultralight size and hopefully weight. The dimensions are very similar to the Milholland Eagle XL with 4130 tubing sized close to it as well. Fuse as designed here weighs 30 lbs. 1/2 VW , 1/3 Corvair or industrial engine for power.

    SHEET ALUMINUM ULTRALIGHT

    TWIN HERO ULTRALIGHT

Here is an idea for a twin ultralight using two 460 cc from Vegas Carts or other performance Kart places. Engines stripped down direct drive 4000 rpm with a 41" prop and should put out 20 hp each.

K.O.H.L.E.R COMMAND VTWIN CH750 based engine

I am investigating using the Command Vtwin 25 hp block to build a stroker direct drive 3200 rpm max and around 35 hp. Looking into what the tractor pullers are doing with performance parts is informative but not really close to what low rpm mission for this engine. One vender is offering...

    HERO ULTRALIGHT

Here is a design I am working on. Hero has a welded tube fuse and aluminum wing. Fuse construction heavily influenced by XL Eagle and form sort of copying the Tyro MK2. Airfoil Riblett 30-615. Intended for 4 stroke engines like predator or a 1/2 VW. I intend to make part 103 weight. Video...
