Not an interesting/relatable subject for this forum. I'm sure there is somewhere though...but not here.

I can see it, but I'm guessing not a lot of folks where you are are interested and not many that aren't are willing to pay to ship it.

Less than $1K TIG welder recommendations

I have a Weldpro 200 and it works well, with an intuitive adjustment interface. Was worth the <$1000.

    Europa XS trigear 3300 Jabiru

Does it run and start fine above 60F? In the winter here on the Illinois/Wisconsin border (860 msl), I preheat to at least 50F, but even at 50F or below, it needs only a blade or 5 of choke and fires and wants it off immediately. Anytime warmer than 50, I don't even use the choke, just crack the...

Crashes in the News - Thread

While we think the 340's approach speed tends to match the ADS B output, does anyone question it? In the last month,.I've looked at some of my ADS B data from flight aware and it looks really sketchy... As in not even possible on this little light sport airplane. Conspiracy....have we been hacked?🤔

Crashes in the News - Thread

I never realized this was such an ambiguous term, as I was taught and only used it for communicating that we are on the takeoff runway and making best speed to get outta here! Thanks all for sharing, I might just have to reevaluate. Kevin

    Erosion tape

Hmmmm,.maybe I don't understand your end use, but are you trying to use that as the lense itself or just to protect the existing one? Either of those doesn't sound right and that tape is expensive as you already know. Heat formed plex?

What a great opportunity to have Elliot do the initial test work and "put it out there". His content is fun, relatable and will go a long way in your marketing of the kits. Bravo Zulu!

    Horizontal tail not horizontal

More than one RC model of mine flew just fine being a "little outta" square. For the amount of work I'm guessing would be entailed in trying to square it up...that might be a job for later...wait and see what happens 👍😁

    Insurance?

I consider myself lucky in these times I guess, having put 70hrs this year on the plane to help assuage some underwriter perceived risk (?) and raising the hull coverage 45 percent based on a more equitable replacement cost, it was just slightly less than last year's annual premium cost. I...
