    need info on baffles in fuel tank

    I am designing my center fuel tank. 28in. wide X 34 in. long X 30 in high. the baffles are between 9 and 11 inches both horizontal and vertical. what I want to know is how large or small should the holes in the baffle be? this is about 110 gallon tank.
