    THanks for the thoughts. It's a pretty tight squeeze, but I can get a manual rivet gun into the space. I have to put the rivet in the gun first, then into the hole to get in there.     I thought about wire cutters, but I’m afraid that they’ll pinch and create a sharp point, which will mess up the round 1/8” hole when I pound them out. Ps. The other side, where the countersink side is, is a channel that’s probably around 2.5” tall. Not enough room to get a drill in there.
