    Low wing pusher configuration?

Low wings can have problems with ground effect when landing, compresability can have an effect up to half span. Rear mounted motors need clearence (prop) when rotating, so be mounted higher then the thrust line must be directed to the CG to avoid neg. pitching?................Hughie.

Discussion Thread: The design of a tailless flying wing

The strakes (as I call them) have four functions 1...strengthens cockpit sides without narrowing pilot room. 2...extends pitch platform , fitted at +1.5 deg AoA...,3...saves damage to "bits and pieces" on entry and exit !!!! 4.. a talking point??...stiffens canopy hinge anchor.............Hughie.

Out only rudders separate pedals can be deflected at the same time to act as an air brake for landing. Deflection drag x distance to CG is more effective if other rudder is straight . Hughie.
