Finished the skins on my RV-12iS Tailcone!

Why go through all that hassle leaving on the blue protection? Are you going to polish the end results? We put power on ours today and it appears we’ve got a bad master solenoid. Great videos by the way!

    How does it fly?

I’ve been helping a guy get 210 time for an insurance sign off. Initially he drove me nuts trying to slide me out of my seat. How do you store plans?

I actually have each sheet in a tube plastic sleeve. This material is typically used with a heat sealer. I think mine is around 4-6ml. I have sheets back to back.

    Eagle’s Nest Project

I think that the gentleman buying the kits will sell the airplane for 80k. I’m fairly sure that the kit is more than that. Van will build you one for 125k. I think that he already has two more sold whenever the program puts them on the ground. I think that we may have 6 different schools in our...

What did you do on your airplane project today?

I stuffed some jalapeño peppers with cream cheese and brisket (among other spices) and wrapped em with bacon. Firing up the grill comes next. I did get my rudder pedal cables routed in my Thatcher yesterday.

We hung the engine on our third -12 this week. Hopes are to pressure test the fuel system in the next two weeks and get it to the paint shop for interior paint during the Christmas break. https://www.flickr.com/gp/125356136@N02/WzY5Q6
