Sorry, yes, by pattern I meant the order of welding joints. So by rotational do you mean all the way around at one bulkhead and then proceed to the next or do you weld a joint and then rotate the fuse and do the next joint on the next bulkhead i.e. corkscrew?
Actually, the same thing happens in blowers in HVAC equipment. If you cover the outlet pipe the fan will speed up due to the blades stalling. A fan, prop, etc. that is loaded properly will be more efficient so will be adsorbing more power.
Look at it backwards. If a xyz prop absorbs 150 hp at 2700 rpm then you can power it with any engine/psru combo that can meet that spec and you will have the same performance at that prop rpm. Even 10,000? pedaling mice if you can train them!:pilot:
