    Finally some progress to post: first rib front is being built (1 earlier version was for learning, second attempt was scrapped due to bad copy of the plan)

    Yes!! got all my wood back to the house the last 2 weeks; sorted through it and created an overview, and last night made my first cuts for cap-strips ;)

    Hi all, Another newbie question here: I've taken over a project where the tail parts have been built. I would like to make sure these parts are protected as well as possible before covering; what is the best way to do this? The final decision on covering material e.g. Oracover or others has not...

    Thank you all for the quick replies; I'll be checking the parts for to see of they are strong enough and what the thickness of the epoxy has been (I remember traces of thickener, but I will verify...)
