I was skeptical about the accuracy of this hole when I drilled it, as the directions from Van's said to measure down the spar to find the placement.

That method seemed inaccurate, but I took a leap of faith. It resulted in this alignment problem of about 1/8".

I think I will leave it and install 4 rivets instead of 3 with 1/2" pitch.

Is there anything wrong with that? Does anyone have a better idea?

Input please.

 CJ
