I recently acquired a damaged Zenith 601HD(the one without the "wing issues") and need to do a lot of repairs. Since this is an early kit, it doesn't have many pre-drilled parts. When I get new panels and skins, I'll probably have to drill many of the parts from the backside through the existing hole, into the new part. I think of this as "backdrilling", but am having a hard time finding info on best practices.

Is there another term for this? are there any recommended places to learn how to do this properly?

Ian
