Looking for reading material

Hello,
I’ve been looking for ANC-4 and 5 on the internet and in this forum and haven’t found them. :ermm:
Does anyone have a source or a link for them? I’m mostly interested in ANC-4. I’m trying to design/size a wooden spar. If there’s a better resource to use, please give me a hint.
