When looking at the stability, natural frequency, and damping factors, is there such a thing as too much damping?
On my flying wing design I have arrived at a configuration that meets my target values, except that the Dutch roll is critically damped, or over damped. Instead of giving a frequency and damping factor, XFLR5 is giving a " time to double"( or half) and a time constant.
