Okay guys, we all know TV is a serious issue.

Lets discuss current tech, and potential ways to resolve the problem.

So, torsional Vibration can very quickly ruin your propeller, airframe, and engine. There have been numerous semi-successful one-offs and such that seem to have done okay. There have been MANY attempts at solving the problem, and many failures.

What are some ways of calculating potential TV?
What are some methods of solving the TV problem?
How do piston powered Helicopters solve the TV problem?
Is it possible to use something similar to the Rotoflex to help dampen vibration?

Specifically curious about extending 4-6ft, for a theoretical thought experiment for high performance IF1 race plane.
