Just curious about the response to the gigantic new proposed space ship launch system -www.stratolaunch.com --385 ft span ! and looking like two Hughes flying boats mated together with six 747 engines attached .

Given the earlier thread discussing the relative energetics of single stage to orbit or the feasibility of a single person sub orbital aero-space craft --the space component here looks like the Pegasus first stage (Delta wing ) with a second stage booster and then the payload .

Any comments on the concept or hardware ?
